Delacon Call tracking lets you see the full picture about your online marketing and advertising campaigns and their rate of call conversion. By using a pool of telephone numbers, our software shows a unique telephone number to each website visitor. When a telephone call is then made, Delacon phone call tracking will show you what marketing or advertising campaign or keywords brought that particular caller to your website. It will even show what keywords the caller typed into Google/Yahoo/Bing etc to arrive at your website. The software can also be configured so that at the end of each call you can even press a designated digit on your phone to record the type of call (eg sale, enquiry, booking etc). All this information can then be imported into your Google analytics platform for easy review. You will then be able to know exactly how each caller from your website got there in the first place and you can ascribe a true value to each call.
